Jiaozi are the food of the gods!!

Next time you’re in downtown Sanming, go to the “Shandong Jiaozi Wang,” or “The Shandong [Province] Jiaozi King.” It’s a hole-in-the-wall eatery run by two elderly women originally from Shandong Province. Many of the students and I ate there with alarming regularity in 2008. (If you make it, tell them their American friends–meiguo pengyou (3-2-2-neutral) say HI!

It’s looks like you’re having fun, Will!

Well, thanks for telling of your rat problem, made my miserable day in class that much better. Hope you are enjoying China, I’m pretty jealous.
